Numerous applications of M\"ossbauer spectroscopy are related to a unique resolution absorption spectra resonant radiation in crystals, when the nucleus absorbs photon without recoil. However, narrow nuclear linewidth renders efficient driving nuclei challenging, restricting precision spectroscopy, inelastic scattering and quantum optics. Moreover, need for dedicated x-ray optics restricts access only few isotopes, impeding wider class systems. Here, we put forward novel source, which offers flux large variety isotopes with strongly suppressed electronic background. It is based on relativistic electrons moving through crystal emitting parametric essentially unattenuated by absorption. As result, collimated beam photons formed, additional monochromatization. We envision extension high-precision wide range at accelerator facilities, also using dumped electron beams.
